FedEx or UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box so, please provide us with a street address for FedEx or UPS shipments. Items are shipped within 7 business days from receipt of payment. In the unlikely event that goods are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will direct you through the appropriate steps to make a claim with FedEx or UPS (make sure you save all of the boxes and packaging that your order came in, it may be needed to file a claim with FedEx or UPS) or USPS. Serial Number will be provided since there may be a remaining manufacturer's warranty but, it is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer to check warranty status and do the necessary work to transfer. RETURN-REFUND POLICY: Any items we sell that is not working properly when received by the buyer will be covered under the terms of our guarantee. The item well be returned to seller at buyer expense. Item will be tested to determine condition. If the item is not working and there are no obvious signs of physical damage your money, not including the return shipping charges, will be refunded. Buyer must notify seller within 7 days after receiving the item of any problem that may require a return and refund. Items returned that are determined to be in working order the customer will be charged 20% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded. We will not accept any item that is damaged in return shipping. It will be reshipped back to the buyer and they will need to issue a claim with the shipping company.
